The Raptors are an independent baseball organization. We are not funded by any specific league, school district, city, county or state. Our organization is dependent on player fees paid by parents, fund raising and local business community support.
We have a proud tradition of winning and a proud tradition of doing everything we can to support and promote our local business community sponsors.
All of our sponsors are featured on our web site and we provide direct links to their web site if available. Sponsors are also featured on a large vinyl banner that is displayed near our dugout for all league, partner and tournament games.
Each sponsor is also presented with a plaque and/or certificateto display in their business for the particular season sponsored. When possible, we also try to provide league and tournament trophies to our sponsors to display in their place of business.
All parent fees, fund raising and sponsorship money is controlled and distributed by our board for training facilities, equipment, league fees, tournament fees and general operating expenses. Players/Parents pay a per player team fee and also pay all travel expenses as necessary to attend games and tournaments. |
